Natalie brings a unique blend of experience and dedication to her role as Operations Manager at Movement Law Lab. With roots in Minneapolis and Chicago, she is a dedicated advocate for equity-centered human resources and operations practices. Her commitment to transformative change and her impressive HR leadership track record span over a decade, serving diverse industries, from nonprofit organizations to property management and customer service.

Originally drawn back home to Minneapolis during a time of social upheaval, Natalie joined an organization focused on organizing powerful, connected Black communities and dismantling systems of violence. Her role as a radical HR Leader was pivotal in preparing the organization for its future. As a change manager and thought partner, she has spearheaded and implemented a range of policies, programs, and strategies that have fostered high-performing teams, improved organizational effectiveness, and expertly administered benefits. Additionally, Natalie occasionally supports other non-profit organizations as an HR Consultant.

Beyond her professional achievements, Natalie finds balance in her life through various activities. Despite her mixed feelings about the weather, she cherishes being centrally located to her many loved ones by living in the Midwest. You’ll find her hiking, playing video games, volunteering, and nurturing her ever-growing collection of houseplants in her free time
